Simplest Fruit Cobbler
Last minute guests? Keep these simple ingredients handy and you’ll have dissert in a jiffy.

Ingredients

1 - 21 oz can (no sugar added) apple pie filling (any fruit flavor you desire)
2 tablespoons cinnamon
1 - 18 oz package spice cake mix
1 - 12 oz can lemon-lime carbonated soft drink

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Spread the pie filling over the bottom of a 9X13 inch greased baking pan.
Sprinkle the cinnamon and cake mix over the pie filling and the pour the soda over the top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes. Serves 8.
This is great with whip topping or ice cream served on top of warm cobbler.

Variations:

*Use a chocolate cake mix with cherry pie filling. Sprinkle white chocolate chips over the pie filling.
*Use a can of peaches instead of the pie filling.
*Use a yellow cake mix with any pie filling.
