Easy Focaccia Bread

Ingredients

1 - 10 oz refrigerator pizza crust
2 teaspoon olive oil
1 tablespoon cornmeal
¾ cup parmesan cheese, grated
2 teaspoons oregano
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 small can sliced olives

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Four surface and rolling pin. Roll the pizza crust into a 12 inch square.
Oil baking sheet with 1 teaspoon oil and sprinkle cornmeal over it where the pizza crust will go.
Lay pizza crust over cornmeal. Rub the remaining oil onto the pizza crust. Cover with a cloth and leave in a warm place for 15 minutes.
Sprinkle crust with parmesan cheese, oregano, garlic powder and olives.
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Cut into squares, sized as desired.

This is a wonderful bread ready to accompany any Italian dish.
Another great use is for pannini sandwiches, just cut into sandwich size squares.
Pannini grills can be purchased very inexpensively.

This bread can also be used for grilled sandwiches made right in a skillet. Try turkey, provolone cheese and avocado with a mayo and honey mustard.
