Cranberry Creme Smoothie
Cranberry Crème Smoothie
This smoothie is so rich and creamy you could serve it as dessert by adding a dollop of whipped cream to the top.
Ingredients
3 cups cranberries, fresh or thawed – frozen
2 cups cold cranberry juice
1 cup vanilla yogurt
2 scoops vanilla ice cream
3 tablespoon honey, raw preferably
Directions
Pour cranberries into blender and process. Add cranberry juice and mix. Add yogurt, ice cream and honey. Blend until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses. Serves 4.
