No Contest Cantaloupe Cream Smoothie
Ingredients
1 cantaloupe, diced
1 cup ice
2 tablespoons honey (raw if possible)
1 (8 oz.) container vanilla yogurt
Directions
Put the cantaloupe and ice into the blender. Mix the two ingredients until the ice is in tiny pieces. Add honey and yogurt to the cantaloupe mixture. Blend. Pour the smoothie into chilled glasses. Garnish with small slices of cantaloupe wedged on the rim of the glass.
Try this Fruit Filled English Muffin to make this a complete breakfast.
Toast an English Muffin. Spread with cream cheese. Sprinkle chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, pecans, or choice). Add slices of strawberries or canned crushed pineapple.
For a great snack to add to your No Contest Cantaloupe Cream Smoothie try these Honey Baked Chips. Cut flower tortillas into quarters and then quarters again. Spray a cookie sheet with spray oil. Bake tortillas until golden brown. Remove and drizzle with honey.
